Gregg A. D’Ascanio
Partner, Broker of Record
As a partner with Blackmore Realty Group, Gregg D’Ascanio is Broker of Record and a licensed real estate agent in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. Gregg entered the commercial real estate profession almost two decades ago and has a passion for real estate in the Tri-State Region. Gregg’s client base includes both locally based companies and Fortune 500 firms, and his deep commitment to providing them with exceptional service has led to many long-term relationships. His primary goal is to empower his clients to succeed.
Gregg’s primary focus is to provide comprehensive, multi-disciplined real estate advisory services to businesses and institutions, with a focus on Tenant Representation. Gregg’s primary responsibilities include advising tenants on occupancy strategies and solutions; need analyses and site selections; lease or purchase negotiations; lease renewals, restructurings and relocations; and corporate advisory services.
Gregg has earned his clients’ trust and confidence through his ability to clearly define the project scope and strategy, as well as to execute and deliver results that outperform the market.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:
Prior to joining Blackmore Realty Group, Gregg was Managing Director at Fidelity Commercial Real Estate, a privately owned and managed full service commercial real estate firm headquartered in King of Prussia, PA. During his 7 years with Fidelity Commercial, Gregg completed over 200 transactions totaling more than 1 million square feet. Prior to Fidelity Commercial, Mr. D’Ascanio worked as a leasing associate for O’Neill Properties Group, one of the largest private Real Estate developers in the Philadelphia region.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Over his career, Gregg has completed over 550 transactions and assignments with total volume in excess of $580 Million.
EDUCATION:
Gregg holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Kutztown University, with a major in International Business.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
Originally from Philadelphia, PA, Gregg and his family currently reside in Malvern, PA. Outside of his industry involvement with the Commercial Real Estate Community, Gregg enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He is a member of Wayne Presbyterian Church and the Italian American Club of Wayne.
